Beginner Bungee is a fun, aerobic workout, with a twist of being attached to a bungee rope by a state of the art bungee. The bungee adds resistance and allows temporary suspension in the air, giving you the feeling of flying.
Come fly with us in this fun workout session, learning moves attached to a bungee. It’s so much fun, you won’t even notice it’s a work out.
This class is aimed at people that have never done bungee before, those that are new to exercise in general, or returning to exercise from injury.
Due to the shock absorbing nature of the bungee being elastic, the bungee ropes greatly reduce the impact through the joints of the body. This means that participants can enjoy a high intensity workout without it being high impact on your joints.
These classes are therefore also great for people who have existing injuries or ongoing conditions such as arthritis.
