All our memberships are a rolling monthly memberships with no minimum term over a 50 week pro rota. We are only closed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. This is set up by direct debit.
30 days notice from your billing date is required to cancel your membership with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
I am interested in purchasing a membership but what happens if I go on holiday or am sick? will I lose my classes?
As you have 4 class credits a month you can use these throughout the month as and when you please within the month. This gives you the flexibility to use your classes before or after your holiday so you don’t loss them.
Can I freeze my membership?
We understand life can happen and sometimes you need to take a break.
Yes you can freeze your membership. You can freeze it once in a 12 month period and you can freeze it for up to 3 months.
If I have a monthly membership do I get a discount off the drop in class rate?
Yes this is an extra perk to the membership. If you would like to come to classes outside of your monthly membership you can with an exclusive 20% discount.
What happens if the studio is closed due to a bank holiday or for other reasons?
Due to the flexibility of our class credit memberships if we have to close due to reasons outside of our control you will be able to use your class credit at another class within the month.

Our rolling monthly membership spreads the cost of your child’s term-time and school holidays evenly across the school year.
This means each monthly payment contributes towards the total cost of all sessions your child attends during that year, not just the sessions in a particular month.
If you choose to cancel before the end of a particular term 30 days notice is required from your billing date as there may still be a balance to pay. This is because your child will have already attended classes that were included in the total cost for the term but not yet paid in full. This balance must be settled as part of your agreement when joining the membership.

Ability to swap a missed class for another day due to illness or clashes with other commitments. This is subject to class availability, must be requested in writing and come under our cancellation polices of at least 48hours notice.
